SPLAT Youth Adventures disciples the next generation of Christian leaders through mystery-destination road trips! Since 2006, we've adventured across the country with elite teams of Christian students, exploring issues of Biblical Servanthood, Prayer, Leadership, Adventure, and Teamwork.
A new adventure awaits this summer for students who have completed 8th-12th grade, launching June 6, 2025!
2025 Student Adventurer Application
This trip is open to students who have completed 8th grade through 12th grade, as of the trip.
Trip dates: June 6-14, 2025
Total cost for this trip is $625 per student.
Financial assistance is available. Please contact us to inquire about earning scholarship funds.
The final date to submit applications and deposits is March 31st.
Trip payment is due in full from accepted applicants by April 30th.
An open house parent information meeting will be held in February at Post Coffee in Lee's Summit.

Contact Information and Interview Responses
SPLAT trips are for students who are spiritually and emotionally mature, who are willing to stretch their comfort zones, and who can be trusted to attend to and follow directions. In addition to the content of responses, students may also be evaluated for readiness and level of desire to attend a SPLAT adventure based on response length, grammar, spelling, and punctuation, and thoughtfulness. By submitting an application, students give consent that the SPLAT Youth Adventures acceptance committee may observe social media profiles and contact listed character references to assist in the decision-making process. The acceptance committee holds high expectations for veteran students, and attendance on a previous SPLAT Adventure does not guarantee acceptance status on future trips. |
Trip Deposit
A $50 deposit is required as part of each student's application to travel with SPLAT. Applicants will be notified of acceptance by email at the addresses provided in their interview responses. If an applicant is not selected to attend the trip, this deposit will be refunded. The trip deposit is required of all students, including those receiving scholarship funds earned volunteering or through scholarship challenges.
