Discipling young adults for Jesus and His Kingdom.

Servanthood - Prayer - Leadership - Adventure - Teamwork

SPLAT Youth Adventures designs and facilitates mystery-destination road trips to disciple young Christians who want to be challenged in their faith. These students (and their parents) have no prior knowledge of their itinerary, only a desire and commitment for growth. SPLAT students learn to serve and worship God in all circumstances, without the comforts of their normal lives.

Servant Leadership

Follow Jesus’ example and hone leadership skills by learning to serve in love

  • SPLAT adventures are one of the best things our daughter has ever taken part in! We’ve seen her grow in so many ways through her trips: deeper faith, emotional intelligence, independence, empathy, Biblical wisdom, teamwork, leadership, gratitude, the list is endless. If you are considering a SPLAT adventure for your child, DO IT!!!

  • My first trip was an adventure from start to finish - I couldn't stop talking about SPLAT when I got back home. Those 9 days and the subsequent SPLAT trips that I went on helped me begin to learn how to lean on God, how to spend time with Him, how to love and live with other people, and how to examine my own heart in light of His love and truth. I truly cannot emphasize enough the eternal impact that SPLAT has had on my life and on my walk with Jesus. I can confidently say that my walk with God is the dearest thing to me. SPLAT is a huge part of the reason for that!

  • It’s so fun being able to have no social media or technology - just our peers and experiences. It is one of the hardest things you’ll go through both physically and emotionally, but the result gives so much more appreciation for the world the Lord has blessed us with exploring and living in. Most definitely the highlight of every summer going forward!!

    Junius Yancik, Current SPLAT Student

  • My first SPLAT adventure was in the summer of 2006, and over the course of several years God used SPLAT to shape my character and passions. He eroded materialism, anxiety, and a judgmental heart and replaced those sinful parts of me with a passion for loving and serving the poor, the lonely, and those who are different than me.

Kristen Campbell, Executive Director - SPLAT Youth Adventures

  • As parents it’s been our desire that our children will create a lasting relationship with their maker - independent of the journey they’ve witnessed us walk through. SPLAT has been a part of that process for our son. SPLAT, in a nutshell, is experiential discipleship that teaches a trust in God and at the same time develops personal strengths. We’ve watched as our student developed relationships and learned the synergy of teamwork. It’s been a gift to see his confidence grow as he learns healthy connection to peers as well as defining his ability to lead. We’re so thankful for the mentorship of the leadership team!

  • SPLAT is a journey of community. By stepping out into a spiritual adventure, you learn to lean and trust those around you. SPLAT has given me blessed memories and friends. God used SPLAT to reveal himself to me, through others.
